Mike Greenham & Dave Wells

We are two faces you may have seen on film sets, in restaurants and on TV. Our team is highly experienced, having decades of experience collectively from a breadth of restaurants and film catering events. We love what we do and bring top-class professionalism to the culinary world through our catering services.

We cook and serve food for events in all locations and in all conditions. We always find a solution to your catering requirements and have adapted over the years to bring the highest standards of food and service, wherever the location. Our menus are fresh, seasonal, and delicious, and can be tailored and scaled to suit all needs and dietary requirements.

About Us

Mike Greenham has worked as a Chef for over 15 years. Since completing the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts Apprenticeship, he has worked in a range of high-profile establishments such as Michelin Star restaurants (including Gordon Ramsay’s), private members’ clubs in Central London, 5-star hotels, and 2-Rosette restaurants. He has also provided military catering for the RAF, as well as private dining events, festivals, and film/TV locations.

Dave Wells has worked as a Chef for nearly 3 decades and was a 2020 finalist on MasterChef: The Professionals. He has a breadth of experience at Michelin Star restaurants, 4-Rosette restaurants, and as a private chef for celebrities. He was formerly the Executive Chef for one of the UK's biggest film and TV companies. Additionally, he has catered for the Army during military operations in Afghanistan, and previously owned two restaurants.

Mike and Dave live for cooking and feeding people; it gives them tremendous pride and satisfaction. Through A Pinch of Salt, they bring their skills and knowledge with the utmost professionalism to feed any crew or team.

OUR SERVICES

Over the years, Mike and Dave have worked on a large, medium, big and block-buster budget film productions, adverts and hot and cold boxing together. as well as VIP dinning events and restaurant take overs

With our knowledge and skill set we decided to bring our experience and steam line film location catering,VIP events basically to get to the point we can do it better, cheaper with a less carbon footprint.

We can do small to large scale productions and execute them to perfection.
